Find your desired products you would like to order by browsing the categories or brands using the navigation menu. You can also search for products or products containing certain ingredients by using the 'Search' box.
When you find your desired product please add it to your shopping bag by clicking its 'Add to Bag' button. Note that some products come in different sizes, colours, or flavours. If this is indicated for a product, click on its View button. You will then be able to select which size etc you prefer.
When you have chosen all the products that you would like to buy, click the Place Order button in the Shopping Bag box on the top right-hand side.
You will be asked to register, or you can proceed to check out as a guest because we require your delivery and contact details to get your order to you.
You will then be asked to choose your delivery method. Your order can either be delivered by via a door to door courier service or counter to counter. It will take 2 to 5 working days by courier service.
You will then be asked to choose your payment method – you can pay by credit card, EFT or by a bank deposit. If you pay via EFT or bank deposit, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing. If you are paying by credit card you may be requested to enter a one-time password (OTP) which is a password using 3D secure payment security technology. This is sent to your phone to increase online payment protection and avoid fraud.
Our website allows you to order as many units as you like for most items for your shopping convenience. We wish you to receive your order without any delay or stock restrictions.
Should there be a product in your order that we cannot ship immediately, we will contact you within one working day of you placing your order to notify you and to give you alternative options.
Kindly rest assured that we carry ample stock in our warehouse which we are constantly replenishing and that we will always strive to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible.
You will always be kept in the loop on the progress of your order.

We strive to carry ample stock in our warehouse which is constantly restocked where possible. However, it can happen that you will order a product that might be out of stock.
If this happens, we will contact you soonest to notify you and to give you options e.g. swop for another similar product etc.
Rest assured that we will always do our best to get the products you desire to you as soon as possible.

Atavah’s heart is to sell natural & organic products and we follow a strict ingredient policy. Sometimes some natural and organic products will be available which have not yet been certified. These wonderful ranges might still be in the process of being certified or are subject to different certification bodies with different standards. Our measuring rod for the pureness of any product remains its ingredients.
We love to support each precious hand making products locally therefore most of our products are of South African origin.
You will be prompted to make payment by the following methods:
Credit Card – payments are securely processed.
Bank Transfer – you will receive an invoice by email with our bank details and we will dispatch your order within 24 hours of your payment clearing
Cash Deposit – please note there is a 3% surcharge for this payment method.

Orders can be couriered to the vast majority of South African addresses.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer courier delivery to international addresses and remote areas e.g. remote farms or mines.

If you pay via credit card, we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you have paid.

Courier delivery takes 2 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination.
The delivery charge for courier delivery varies depending on where the order is going in South Africa.

Refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests must be received within 7 days of the date of purchase. No refund will be considered or afforded after the 7 day period on date of purchase.
Kindly send your request with photo of the product you require to return within 7 days to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately, we can only accept goods for return that are still in their original unopened packaging and unused.
In the case that a refund is afforded, you will have to pay to have the item couriered or posted back to us, but as soon as we receive it, we will issue you a credit note.
Our policy is to deduct a 10% handling fee from the original price for the administration to process the refund.
Refunds will generally be processed within 5 working days.
If you do not receive your order in perfect condition or if anything is broken or damaged please let us know immediately so that we can ensure the situation is rectified.
It sometimes happens that goods occasionally damage in transit.
If you can, please do take a photo of the damaged item upon arrival and send it to us on email@example.com so we can resolve this matter in a timeous fashion.
Atavah warehouse is currently situated just outside Ermelo. We do not sell products directly from the warehouse.

Atavah's online shop only serves South Africa through local deliveries for online purchases made on www.atavah.com.
International orders received on www.atavah.com will unfortunately not be processed since a formal quotation needs to be obtained in terms of export duties, levies, administration fees and courier fees for the specific destination and package size before the complete order can be quoted on.
All international orders must be sent to email@example.com.
The Atavah online shop serves South Africa only since we need to obtain a specific quotation for each respective destination and package size. Each international order is individually quoted on in terms of weight, size and international address.
We require the following information to furnish you with a quotation:
- Name & surname of recipient.
- Contact number of recipient.
- Email address of recipient.
- Full address of recipient.
Upon receipt of the above information, a quotation will be obtained from the international courier company. We will furnish you with the formal quotation from where you can decide should you wish to proceed.
Please note that no international order is confirmed without acceptance of quotation and full payment.
No international order received on the Atavah online shop will be processed since courier fees, export duties, levies and administration costs are not included.
