Elderberry DIY Syrup Kit

Make your very own Elderberry Syrup at home, Our DIY kit comes with all the dry ingredients you need. Simply add to pot, boil in water and add honey, syrup, or a sweetener of your choice and the juice of 1 lemon.
Each kit makes about 3 cups of syrup, which is enough to last one month for a family of 4/5 (in times of illness you will need more) and can be stored in jar provided- make sure to keep your cheesecloth and string from the lid as you use this to strain your syrup.

• Elderberries – immune modulator, supports immunity, respiratory aid

• Ceylon Cinnamon Chips – antiviral, anti-inflammatory, supports heart health

• Turmeric – anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, promotes heart health

• Whole Cloves – antioxidant, antibacterial

• Ginger– supports immune system, aids in allergic response

• Rosehips – rich in vitamin C

ABSOLUTELY NO colours, flavors (natural or artificial), preservatives, added sugar, sodium benzoate, citric acid, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, top allergens (corn, soy, nuts, gluten, dairy, fish) or other junk!

This is a great activity to include the children in - showing them how plants and natural remedies can help us stay strong and healthy.
